A secure way to send sensitive information or large electronic files!

Clients of Tronconi Segarra & Associates have the opportunity to safely and securely transfer electronic information to a Firm associate up to 150 MB in size through our File Share link. Tronconi Segarra & Associates can also send information to clients in the same manner. File Share ensures that our clients' sensitive and personal information, or very large files, can be easily and securely transmitted.

Clients can simply click on the File Share link below and follow the prompts to create a File Share user account (create a user name and password). Once your registration has been authorized by us, you use the same user name and password each time you want to use File Share to upload a document to us or download a document from us.

To use File Share, return to this web site page, click on the File Share banner below, and enter your user name and password in the browser window. You can then upload or download documents as needed. When you upload a document to us you will upload it to a specific individual; and you will need his/her email address in order to upload the document. Registered users of File Share will see only the files that have been uploaded to them, or files that they have downloaded to others. Your files are "hidden" from the sight of others.

Client Tax Organizer

Client Tax Organizer and Tax Planner

These online forms are designed for the ease and convenience of our tax clients. The Tax Planner can assist clients in thinking about their year-end tax strategies, identifying activities that can be considered prior to the end of the current tax year to minimize tax obligations. The Tax Organizer can be used by clients to provide Tronconi Segarra & Associates with the necessary information to prepare their tax returns. Please remember that sensitive electronic information (Social Security numbers, account numbers, etc.) should sent to Tronconi Segarra & Associates in a secure maner. Please use the File Share transfer capability to transmit sensitive information to us. (See File Share registration information above.)

To access the Year-End Tax Planner or the Tax Organizer, simply click on the links above. You can type right on the Tax Organizer form. Be sure to save it to your own computer hard drive or desktop. When you have finished entering your information, click on the File Share link and upload your form to our secure server (once you have registered to use File Share). The individual at Tronconi Segarra & Associates' to whom you have sent your form will then download it.
