- The company experiences cash flow constraints without sufficient explanation

- Critical review of financial statements for improprieties (Business Health Review): We are often engaged by clients to perform an independent critical review of their books and records to search for potential improprieties. A client may determine the need for such a review for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Internal controls review and implementation of internal controls structure (Fraud Deterrence):
- As part of this assessment, and based on objectives set forth by the company’s management team, we will provide your company’s management with a report that outlines areas of weakness, areas of strength and areas that could be enhanced. This report will include our recommendations along with the steps that company management should take to institute a system of internal controls that will ultimately deter potential wrong-doings.
