Serving You During the Coronavirus Situation

As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves, we want to reassure you that your Tronconi Segarra & Associates team is ready and standing by to support you.

Our offices are open; and we plan to remain open as long as guidance from local, state and federal governmental and healthcare authorities deem appropriate. If necessary, all of our Partners and client service professionals have the ability to work remotely from their homes using secure laptops, cell phones, VPN, cloud software and paperless files. This enables us to continue to serve you without interruption. We are available whenever and wherever you are.

Of paramount importance is the health and safety of our associates, clients and the community at large. During this unprecedented time, we are taking extra precautions to support the health and safety of our associates and those with whom they come in contact. Any partner or associate that may experience any coronavirus symptoms as defined by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), which is the leading federal agency spearheading our nation’s response to this situation, or has been exposed to someone experiencing symptoms, will be asked to work from their home for the CDC’s prescribed period of time. We are encouraging remote meetings whenever possible, reducing time spent at clients, minimizing visitors coming to our offices, performing medical-grade sanitation of our offices and practicing social distancing. In addition, we have canceled all currently-scheduled client-related travel.

If you are a Tronconi Segarra & Associates tax client and have not provided your tax information to us yet, we offer you the ability to send us your tax information securely and electronically to us via our “My1040Data” system and our SafeSend secure email system. By doing so, you can avoid a trip to our office or the Post Office to deliver or send us your information that we need to prepare your tax return(s). Contact your Tronconi Segarra & Associates tax advisor and ask to be set up in the My1040Data system.

Our focus, as always, is serving you, our clients. Should you or your business be impacted by this coronavirus situation and need additional assistance from us, please contact your Tronconi Segarra & Associates service advisor without hesitation. Such needs may include identifying sources for enhanced liquidity, cash forecasting, identifying business continuation strategies, and more.

We will continue to monitor this situation and communicate with you as needed, including whether any changes are made by federal and state governments to tax filing deadlines and other tax or financial regulations. We will also post such changes on our website for your convenience – https://www.tsacpa.com.

We encourage everyone to embrace the precautions, guidance and mandates issued by our governmental and healthcare authorities and that, in doing so, we can all play a role in minimizing the impact of coronavirus in our homes, workplaces, communities and beyond. Thank you for being a valued Tronconi Segarra & Associates client.
